Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Byldwise collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it and what choices you have. Byldwise is operated by [TO CONFIRM: registered business name], located at [TO CONFIRM: registered address].

Information you give us

When you submit the project inquiry form, we receive what you enter: your name, business email, company or brand, country, business stage, website, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the services you are interested in, project details, budget range, timeline, any optional answers and your consent confirmation. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share in that conversation.

To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is held only in temporary memory and is not stored with your inquiry.

How we use it

  • To review your requirements and decide whether we can help.
  • To reply, ask clarifying questions and, where there is a good fit, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposal.
  • To keep a record of the inquiry while we are discussing it with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

  • Vercel hosts this website and processes requests to it.
  • Resend delivers each inquiry to us as an email notification.
  • Google Sheets holds a record of each inquiry so we can track its review.
  • No analytics tool is currently active on this website.

The website itself does not keep a database of inquiries.

How long we keep it

If an inquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within [TO CONFIRM: retention period] of our last contact. If it leads to a project, we keep it for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us at any time — please email hello@byldwise.com and mention “privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time.
